The worst! Do not use these people. High pressure up-sales. "Problems" with my old A/C may have been bogus. Do not keep appointments. Did a poor install that was leaking cold air badly - took over a month to fix. Still not permit-inspected. Do these guys have a license? If so, it should be revoked!

If I could give them negative stars I would. We had an apt window of 8-2. I had to work so my mother came to wait for them. They did not show up till close to five. When they did dhow up, the guy was rude and unhelpful. It is now two days later and my AC is still not fixed. When I called, Candy offered me an appointment for 4 days from now. I am using my home warranty company so have no choice but to use Harrell. When I expressed my concerns to Candy she stated she would call my warranty company and request they use a different company to fix my AC since I was unhappy with the appointments they had available and hung up on me. It has now been 2 days since my AC broke and Harrell home services could care less about helping. They are rude, unprofessional and untimely. I am not even comfortable with them coming to my home at this point. This is no way to do business.

I gave them one star because I had to, otherwise they wouldn't post!



I would tell my best friend to run for the hills. These guys are crooks. Just read the Better Bussiness Bureau reports. Thes guys go 25 major complaints. There President Justin Harrell was the Vice president for Advanced Air Solutions Inc. They had so many problems and complaints filed with the BBB that they had to form new companies in=order to do business.



I contracted them to specifically install an Amana A/c heating system and they sold me a low grade Goodman and try to tell me it was the same thing. If I wanted a Goodman that's what I would have ordered in my contract. The best part is that I could have gotten the Goodman from them for approx. $2,800.00 but I wanted the Amana and that cost me $6,800.00 , and they put the Goodman in anyway. So, I took them to Small Claims Court and won a $5,000.00 Judgment because they wouldn't honor the contract...NOT EVEN THEIR LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE.



I would recoment this company for any reason.



If you have a problem with them give me an email shout (rever @ptd.net) I'll be glad to tell you how to recoup your money. Hey maybe we'll get a wrongful Class Action Law suit for all who have damages. I got greeat lawyers if you need them.

I needed immediate help with my air conditioning for a decent price and heard Harrell Home Services was great, so I gave them a call. They were actually able to come, identify, and fix the problem the same day! I would definitely recommend Harrell Home Services to anyone. Excellent and efficient company!

My a/c went out so I called to get an estimate and they have reasonable prices I hired them and I was amazed at their great services. The tech that came out found and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!

They did the maintenance on my unit very quickly and left me with no questions and explained some facts to help me use my system better and save some money on my electric bill. Very nice
