I've never done this before but I'm so angry I can't stop myself. I want to preface this with the statement that I am not complaining about the work this company does I am speaking about their customer service and their appointment making policies. On May 30, 2014 I negotiated with Hansen tree service of Abington, MA to do some work on the 2 large trees in my yard. I gave them a deposit and agreed to pay $950 for the work to be done. I contacted them last week to ask when they may be coming. I was told that they take 3 weeks before they come to do the work and when it's my time I will be called the night before to let me know I'm on the schedule for the next day. They called today at 4:30. Your tree work is on for tomorrow they said. I said great! AM? No PM? But I have an appointment tomorrow PM. Oh okay we'll call you another time when we're in your area. Wait, I can't request Monday or Tuesday? No, we'll get back to you. You've called me late in the day and I can't change my plans

I called them and they called me back within hours.

I called these guys 3 times for an estimate, never heard back from them. If this is the way they do business you probably don't want them in your yard. Take your business elsewhere.
