Municipal Garage is maintained and operated by the Fleet Maintenance Division. The division is a part of the Public Works Department, which is governed by the City of Hamilton in Ohio. The Fleet Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance and repair of more than 650 units of equipment owned and operated by various departments. The division coordinates with the city s departments and prepares specifications to purchase lawn mowers and trucks. The Public Works Department has an engineering division that is responsible for the planning, design and construction of a range of improvement projects, such as streets, sidewalks, bridges and sewers.
