My wife got into an accident and the tow truck took our truck there for repairs. The company assured my wife that they have been in business for years and will do the right, which is not what happened. They supposedly replaced the tire rod and made other necessary repairs, but after driving it for only a week, the tire rod started to making noise. When my wife called to complain they stated that they did everything they could. Also after the shoddy repairs that they did, to top it off now my CD and DVD players do not Work. They guarantee is a bunch of bull. Oh yeah I had to take my truck to someone else to replace the tire Rod.



This company is horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please stay away because they promise you the world and give you nothing back in return.



Shame on you Hackensack Auto body for being dishonest,

My husband and I bought an after market bumper and took it here to have it painted and installed. We initially got a quote for the installation but were informed the bumper was missing a piece we had to order from the dealer. We ordered the piece and took everything in to be painted and installed.



Well they called my husband after sanding the bumper and told him there were holes in the bumper and he needed to come see it. When my husband said he couldn't come right then (we have a baby who was sleeping and I wasn't home at the time) Don said,"Well I don't care when you come. You can come next week." I don't think that's how you should speak to customers. I walked in the door just as my husband got off the phone very upset with how he was spoken to in addition to what was said. He went to see the bumper and there were indeed pinpoint holes in the bumper that were not there when it was dropped off. My husband came home and we decided to take the bumper somewhere else to have the work completed. When my husband called back Don told him he could pick it up for $100 but he had to bring CASH. What business allows you to only pay cash! The only time I can think of is when they don't want to report it for tax purposes. I'm assuming an auto body shop would have expensive work and therefore people would be paying large amounts of money and I HIGHLY DOUBT people pay for major auto body work in CASH only.



It all sounds very very shady. Don't go here. There are too many other options around. Pay CASH only! please!

Hackensack Auto Body told me that they have been in business for fifty years. Now I know why they are. They straightened up and painted my door and fender on my 2004 Toyota Camry, and you would never know it was damaged. If you need excellent body and fender work done, go there.

Wow. Couldn't be more impressed with Hackensack Auto Body. I had a minor repair that needed to be done to my car. Being a young woman (who honestly doesn't know enough about cars), I always get scared going to auto shops because I feel like they are going to rip me off. Not the case with Hackensack. The prices are extremely fair and the crew got my car ready to go in just a few short hours. And I couldn't say more about the people!! Everyone was friendly, and helpful the entire time. I am not going ANYWHERE else besides Hackensack's for my future repairs.

This place was simply amazing. Friendly and quick service, honest pricing and great auto body repair work. I had to go back to Hackensack's because of damage done from someone borrowing my car. They were understanding of the situation and worked out a price that was incredibly generous considering the amount of damage and the fact my insurance would not cover. The work they did was fabulous and very timely. Would very much recommend anyone that is in search of an auto body shop.

They told me they would repair my vehicle with new parts and guarantee for as long as I owned my vehicle. Frankly, I didn't think the vehicle could be repaired. The damage was so bad they said it would take two weeks to repair, They called me in 10 days to pick up my vehicle. I twas finished. I could not believe how good it looked and drove.
