- New Machines: Full manufacturer warranty with one year warranty on parts and five year warranty on refrigeration Delivered directly to your location from factory Includes lock and two keys New Machine Warranty Information Parts included in warranty are as follows: vend motors, switches (vend and sold out), vend relays, cold controls, fan motor (condenser and evaporator) refrigeration assembly, main control board, keypad, drop sensor, shelf connector, wire harness. Parts not included in warranty are as follows: light bulbs, sold out lights, snack augers, front panels. Damage caused from any type of vandalism will be excluded from all warranties. Five year warranty on refrigeration system. One year parts warranty. All parts covered by new and refurbished warranties, must be shipped to HRI Vending. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to HRI Vending. HRI Vending will pay shipping on return items to customer. Parts sent in for repair or replacement wi ll be returned within 10-15 business days. Do not return the machine to factory. All defective parts must be returned to HRI Vending for repair or replacement, complete with machine serial number and model number of corresponding machine. Deviation from any of the above conditions may result in part/machine not being eligible for warranty.
