Welcome to the new online home of the Law Office of Gregory R. Knight & Associates, P.C. We emphasize estate planning, including wills, trusts and probate. We also assist business and real estate clients with transactions throughout Arizona. Expert consultation and setup of Limited Liability Companies (LLC) Our office is located in Mesa, Arizona, but we have assisted clients throughout the State of Arizona. After practicing law in Dallas, Texas with a large firm, Gregory R. Knight moved to Mesa, Arizona. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Knight worked for a law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Knight worked as an in-house attorney to several major international hotel chains. As Assistant General Counsel for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Mr. Knight had significant involvement in Starwood's acquisition of the Westin and Sheraton hotel chains. As Vice President and General Counsel of Olympus Hospitality Group in Scottsdale, Arizona, Greg was involved in numerous hotel and business transactions around the world. Greg eventually left Olympus to start his own real estate and estate planning firm in Mesa, Arizona. Greg obtained his law degree magna cum laude (top ten percent) from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He served as the Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review. He is a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif.
