Scotty, of Great Lakes Computer Repair, has been great in every instance I've needed his services, and I would not hesitate one second to recommend him to anyone. He's accommodating, a pleasure to have in your home or office, highly knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of computers and obliging if you have to make payment arrangements. Worst service ever! I know computers but was unable to work on them while out of town at my biz when we happened to have a problem. This guy came out and sat around at my business for hours and hours on end, blaming the computer saying he's never dealt with a problem like that before, yet he claims he's been working on computers for a living for years! Tried to bill me $1200.00 to fix a $400.00 computer after promising it wouldn't be more than $350 and telling me he knew the issue! Well $800.00 and 12hrs later, I still have a broken computer with the same problem as when he started! This guy knows NOTHING about computers! Stay away!!!
