I rated it good the first couple of times, but this experience has been horrible. He came to unclog a washer drain. He found the drain and was going to come out the next day to run a rooter through the pipe. That was on Tuesday. This is Friday and we have not heard anything from him. I have called and left a message, but subsequent calls have been turned away due to the mailbox being full. No communication is a VERY BAD thing. We had hoped to have our laundry running again, but not sure what to do now... call someone else to come who wants to be paid???

He does top quality work at a very reasonable price. He is always our first call when we need a plumber.
