Recently used this company, was disappointed to see the front of my vehicle with black scrub marks on front fender. Didn't report to insurance. However, I was just confronted with one of their tow trucks who intentionally tried to run me into a cement wall. He was flying and trying to cut me off. Amazed at the dangerous driving. I will NEVER use this company again, and I will be sure to let others know. If they drive this reckless, how can I trust them to take care of my vehicle during transportation.

Amazing customer service. Very kind, and caring! Tow truck was at my car in 10 minutes. I was treated with respect and loaded my car with no problem. i would refer them to my family and friends. Price was the best out of 5 others I contacted. Also, my call was on a Friday night at 9:30 at night. So he could have charged me extra but he didn't . If you need service from a tow company I would go through Grandpa's Towing, you just can't go wrong!

Owner/operator deliberately drove through a road closed area and destroyed the barricade of a residential area. I certainly would not recommend these people because of their lack of courtesy and consideration of property. The incident was reported to the Sheriff's department.
