I am sorry that at this time I am unable to give a good review of the service provided by the company Goldwing Appliance Repair. Our latest repair job by this company cost me $84.95 dollars. There was no problem with the service repair person, the problem is with the company, there fee for coming to your home is way out line. The fee is $84.95 just to come to your home, this is not mentioned in the web page. I have used this company for repairs in the past and checking with the invoice we have for past service none show this high of a charge. As for the service received on 1/23/2018 the only work provided by the service tech, was to take a small wrench from his tool bag turn the leveling device on the right front of the washer 4 turns and lock it in place. The reason we contacted this company is 2 years ago we had to have them come out as to repair one of the brackets that keep the drum from causing the machine from spinning properly time to repair I hour for $114.00. This time repair took 5 min. I contacted the company and complained to the owner manager about the price that I was required to pay, he stated did it fix the problem. I could not say no, I only called because I thought we were having the same problem as we did back in 2016. This company does not care about customers only about profit. here service charge is way out of line $20 to $30 dollars. Should be the norm, especially when no parts replacement and only 5 min work. I will no longer use this company, there are other companies that treat customers better. This company needs to be put out business.
