GO Prime was 40 minutes late for my daughter's airport pickup today, yet the dispatcher kept insisting that the driver was only 5 minutes away. When he finally arrived, the driver was rude and cursing. I had to drive my daughter myself, costing me 2 hours of work time. Next time I will use a more reliable service.

I have used this company for 10 years now and travel about 15 times a year on business - they are pretty consistent in providing a decent service and the price is a heck of a lot more reasonable than taking a towncar. I left my cell phone on a van recently and they got it back to me within a day - great customer service I would say!

Sorry to say but I tried your company and I had a reservation for 8:00am pick-up for an 11:30am flight at LGA, but they failed to pick me up but still charged me. It took me 25 days to get my credit card credted.

Easy to book. Great Rates. Door-2-Door service. Even the drivers were nice. I've used them on a few trips and have never had a single problem. Better than CTLimo and a few hundred dollars less than a private car service.
