Gilead Candle Company was started as a small, homegrown, handmade candle making business selling at craft shows, vintage markets, and small local businesses. We wanted our candles to be an all-natural, quality product using American grown and sustainable soy wax. In order to monitor freshness and quality we make our candles in small batches. We don’t add ornaments, frills, or complicated features. A candle is a candle and what do we want from a candle? We want it to smell fantastic, burn slow and gracefully, and last a very long time.
