I have dealt with these folks for years. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate my needs and make their best effort to give me the results I want. Their prices have always been fair and I highly recommend them!

Customer service is awful. They were rude and exuded absolutely no courtesy or politeness. Seemed irritated to have my business at all and when I asked what their backlog was they were hateful and said that they "might get to it by the end of next week". The next I called back and they said it wasn't done. When it was ready I came in and the lady at the counter greeted me with a "yeah?" and practically threw a pen at me when I tried to pay with a check. Won't be going back. Customer service is so important, why were they so rude? I don't know, but it was totally uncalled for.
