I have worked with george for several years now, had many issues with my samsung DLP and he was always awesome. He came to my house on the weekend and put off his family to get me working again. I called George around 6pm on a Friday and he came right over. He stayed until 9pm (on a FRIDAY) until it was working again. Very impressed.

He promised to pick up my hardware for servicing three time... I got stood up three times. He wanted me to call him back to remind him so he wouldn't forget! Don't wast your time with this guy.

Took our tv to his shop to repair, stopped answering our calls and never returned phone calls! After almost a year and a complaint to the local Better Business Bureau, he called us to yell at us! Don't use this guy! Very unprofessional!!

I received his number from a friend and I figured that a referral would be great. After a few phone calls, he came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it a week later. The television went out again four days later and I have left many messages to him to have him return my call. Still no success. I figured he gave me a 90 day warranty on the part, if it is faulty it would be quite easy to take care of.
