I would NOT recommend this business to anyone EVER. They are unprofessional, things come up missing off your car and out of it. The work is NEVER done on time IF AT ALL, and they will not communicate with the vehicle owner at all. They will say they are ordering out parts, but they are actually pulling used parts. They never addressed the issue with my car after 3 times working on it, and everything they did do has to be redone by the real mechanic I just hired to actually fix what turns out to be a FIRE HAZARD that will run me upwards of 1,000 since they and Joel's decided to sidestep the real problem and put patches on instead, well played guys,(they know I am a single mother of a 4 year old to boot!) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GENES AUTO SALVAGE OR JOEL'S AUTO SALES! They are in kahoutes and you will be sorry. They pretend to help you when they do not even in actuality care about you, your well-being or your safety! I wish I could give NEGATIVE 10 Stars, but since 1 is the lowes I can go, please know they are not even deserving of that. They could have killed me and my daughter with their negligence! Lied while looking in my eyes and shaking my hand! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
