Not impressed from the get go. The person answering this phone didn't event state the business name. I asked to make sure and he said it was Gary's Mobile Screens. He sounded like he just woke up and it's 10:40 in the morning! He asked me some questions, but didn't sound interested, alert or very intelligent. I told him what I needed and if they charge by the hour. He said no, but didn't state how they charge. He also didn't know the area of Sacramento, Colonial Heights, of the house needing window screens. I told him the cross streets, one being San Francisco Blvd & Stockton. He didn't know the area. I then said between 15th and 20th off of Stockton. He then asked if this was in San Francisco. I said never mind and didn't finish talking to him. How mobile can he be and not have some idea of locations around Sacramento? Land park isn't that far from him so you'd think he'd have a clue. ****If there were Negative stars, he'd get one just for this conversation!***
