Elena Kupka is a professionally trained Ornamental Garden Designer and passionate horticulturalist. She received her training and certification from The New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY. Elena started Gardens By Elena LLC in January 2012. She is an accomplished world traveler and continues to do so with her husband and their two sons. Whenever she has a spare moment, you can find her outside lovingly working on her property in Briarcliff Manor, NY.
