All I can do is advise you to save some money and move on to someone that actually knows what they are doing. Great at salesmanship. However, the horror begins as soon as the product hits the ground all the way through service calls. If your willing to spend on an irrigation system; save yourself some aggravation and go someplace else.

They broke my sprinkler tubes and charged me exorbitantly for the service. On top of that, when the sprinklers came on the next day after the job, there is a big leak on the area that was fixed. I paid close to $400 for the less than an hour job. Please do not hire them. I wish I had read the earlier reviews prior to calling them.

Echoing the other users' sentiments, Garden Irrigation is a business you should avoid at all measures. I hired them to pump out my sprinkler. They ruined the compression system that the sprinkler operates on -- and refuse to pay for repairs ($1,200 out of pocket). Shouldn't they be licensed and insured? This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay the price for their incompetence. I am planning to initiate legal action to recoup my damages. Please be wary of these people.

I find comfort in knowing someone else experienced the same type of service from these clowns. I thought, maybe the guy had a bad day...but I guess not. They showed up late to multiple appointments, causing me to reschedule. When they finally do show up, it becomes a bait and switch scenario; all of a sudden, the pricing jumps up by almost 70%, surprise, surprise. When I question this, the attitude is, "take it or leave it." They knew how many zones I needed pumped out, so I don't know why they jacked up the price all of a sudden. Maybe it's the "this is a big house...he can afford to pay lots of money.." syndrome? In either case, their serviceman was rude, obnoxious, and unwilling to budge. Oh, not to mention, he wasn't successful in pumping out 2 of the zones. In no other industry would you expect to pay HIGHER than express-contracted prices for a job that isn't completed.Scam artists to the max. I'd rather my sprinkler pipes freeze than deal with these folks again.

The worst service I have ever used. They will lie about pricing and charge you exorbitantly once they are on the property. They are not honest and have no business ethics. They did not even finish the job and charged extra fees. Their technicians are extremely rude as well. I would strongly urge all potential customers to beware and stay away. There are many better companies out there.
