they are only good enough to get you off the road -- if you are not using their body shop they wont take the vehicle anywhere. Even though the guy told me no problem we can take it to Ed Kenley, or anywhere I wanted (while still on the road). Once I found out they (Ed Kenley) didn't have a body shop they told me "we don't do re-tows" so he would have left my car there collecting storage fees forever. not happy and you pissed off the wrong dude! Rip off Artist at best. Crooks!
