Don't waste your money with this one man operation. He definitely does NOT "stand behind" his work. When called after he does some work at your house, he refuses to come out in an emergency situation and hangs up on you.
Find a different plumber! He does not even deserve a 1-star rating but that's the lowest that I can go.
We are very sorry you are not pleased with our response for your "emergency" situation. We understand you may have had an unsettling situation at the time of your call. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of an emergency call from you during which we "refused" to come out during normal business hours. It is our policy to maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times and always attempt to provide the best service possible. All of our technicians are licensed and we are fully insured; but we may not have had any technicians available at the time of your call. Your invoice of October 22nd indicats that you were completely satisfied with our service.
Gary came out and did a bunch of plumbing work before and after I had my foundation repaired and waterproofed. He does stand behind his work. He has fair prices, and there are more than 1 plumber in his company. I highly recommend them. They are stand up kind of people.

Quick response, very courteous technician, and a really good price. My basement was flooded and they had my drains flowing in less than an hour. I will recommend to all my friends.

Not only is the office staff friendly and helpful, but the plumbers they send out know what they're doing and do a great job. They also clean up after themselves and don't leave a mess. The prices they charge are really fair for all they know and do. I've had them out several times, and won't call anyone else. They helped my parents out and I've referred them to all my friends.
