Terrible service. His first attempt took him 45 minutes and the fleas, flies and other pests remained the same. He promised to return to fix the problem but he never came back and refused to answer telephone calls. I had to hire another exterminator to finish the extermination.

Have been using Tony and his service for years.Never had any problems.Always helpful,and comes right out.

Not very reliable.Also,I have a toddler and the guy tells me it's ok to have him in the apartment when he sprays,but I left because I don't believe him.Also,he has been coming three times now to spray in the last two months and no improvement.Also told me that he knew where the source was coming from and that he will take care of it.Doesn't tell me when it should go away,but only to watch out that I'll being seeing dead ones.The service is awful and I've seen him spray the side of the cabinet and the dishwasher,this happened twice,and the third time he sprayed all of the insides of the cabinets.Like I mentioned,this all happened in two months.No info on anything and now we have to have him spray again because he's the go to person for the apartment complex.I've always known that he's not really doing anything ,it seems like he's just spraying little or not really doing the jo so he can get called in all the time to make money.It's sad because he's not thinking how it affects lives.
