      I ordered 30 yards of mulch. When the truck arrived it was very clearly smaller than any 30 yard truck I've ever seen. I've ordered mulch 10 times before and this was a tiny truck. I told the driver I would not accept this because I measured the truck and could see it was less. The owner insisted it was 30 and then when I pressed him admitted to me that it was a 24 yard truck with 6 yards over the top! LIE! NOT even close!! He continued to lie and then knocked a little off which didn't actually cover the full amount he shorted me. At this point I was so angry and the driver was caught in the middle. I let it go and allowed him to dump. The quality of the product is average with all of the competition, but I will not accept lying and stealing!

      I have been using this company for a few years and they have been on time and flexible. Quick turnaround on estimates and friendly workers. I recommended them and unfortunately one of my neighbors did not have the same experience in 2014. Friendly Tree did not show ontime and was very bad in their communication of the situation.
