I disagree STRONGLY with discoverymetoday review. The woman in the office is the owner's daughter and she is very courteous. They are there to help us and they always go OVER AND BEYOND to make things happen. Great shop!

I have never written a review online and most certainly not a complaint. But the way we have been treated with this company makes me upset to my stomach! We took our vehicle in and we felt we were forced into letting them handle everything with our Insurance Company. Boy was that a mistake! They avoided everything we asked them to do and took it upon themselves to proceed with work and even get payment made to them before we authorized anything. Maybe its was the same Women in the front that have been working there for a long time. If so they are rude and FAKE! To put on a smile and not admit to THIER mistake was very disturbing. With the way businesses are slow youd think they would want to keep customers. And so many people without a job, why not hire a person with REAL customer service skills. Foothill Auto Body should FIRE the receptionist in the front. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will smile to your face and talk a bunch of BULL at the same time! They should focus on keeping the people that brought them business and not on getting paid as much or as fast as they can from the Insurance Companies. Do not go here!

Foothill Auto Body is a very professional, clean and well organized shop. When I dropped off my car for repairs, I was very impressed at how courteous the office girls were as they handled the necessary paperwork. I was in a rental car and on my way in a relatively short period of time. Dennis kept me informed as to the repair progress and I was very pleased with the results of the body work. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I just recently had my car repaired at Foothill Auto Body. When I picked up my car, the gentleman took his time and answered all my questions regarding the repairs to my Honda. I was rest assured only genuine factory replacement parts were installed. I was very happy with the repairs. I would definitely recommend Foothill Auto Body to my friends and family.
