Completely UNsatisfied. We just moved into a house in the city. Every time we had to have them come out for a routine sewer snake job (twice now) we had to have them come out a second time to actually do their job right, and snake the drain far enough to keep from having a backup. Again. We got to clean up 2 unnecessary sewage backups and throw away more damaged goods. It is very difficult to clean up this kind of disaster after a spinal fusion surgery a little over a month ago. Thanks guys.
