Mike Fletcher installed a new roof on my house 5 years ago. In January of 2014, we had a leak that caused interior damage. After many calls, Mike came to the house and said when weather cleared up, he would be out to fix the roof. He was a no-show. My husband called Mike at least a dozen times from January to April. No one ever answers the phone, so we leave a message. No one ever returns the call. I called again a few weeks ago hoping this problem could be resolved before snow arrives. Again, no return call. I believe he is responsible for fixing the roof and for the interior damage as the roof was under warranty. I am so disappointed because I felt Mike Fletcher did a good job installing the roof, but is not there to back up his product. I could not, in good conscience, recommend Fletcher Bros. to anyone.

I totally trust these roofers. They did fantastic work for a reasonable price. The men who showed up to work, worked. The roofers were respectful of us and our property. At the end of the job, their clean-up was impeccable. Don't even bother with a second quote. My husband and I are absolutely ecstatic with the new roof. It's beautiful.

Have had problems with my gutters since they Gutter guys can not repair as the roof is attached to the gutters. Would null & void out warrenty. Mr. Fletcher knows of this problem and after numerous attempts, he has not resoved this problem for me. My schrubs are ruined due to the fact water is seeping between roof and gutter. Once he has your money, he doesn't care.....

I was told that I would be given a quote Dennis never showed up and never called. I guess it shows how they do business especially in today economy.

Thanks Mike for the awesome job that you did at our home! The roof looks great and I am glad that I took your advice on the 3 dimensional shingles. We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
