My water heater had gone out in the middle of the night and I had them come out and address my situation as I had no idea what to do. Unfortunately the water heater had to be replaced since there was a steady leak from the bottom of it, wasn't too thrilled about that, but the service man was really helpfull and informative. After he replaced the unit he went over everything he had done, showed me how to flash it and left the area in a neat condition. If you are looking for a good plumber, they are definitely the place.
