TERRIBLE Customer Service!!!!!

Technician showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes late to service appointment with no call!!! We called to find out what was going on and the person who answered the phone was completely unapologetic. Her response to our inquiry was, "and what would you like me to do about it?". REALLY!?!?! A simple apology and acknowledgement of our wasted time was really all we were looking for. But apparently that was a bit much to expect!!! We will never be giving them our money ever again!!!
