Please do not have any interaction at all with this 'service'. The owner is abusive to women on the phone. A car I own was picked up by request of the police department. It did not have a flat tire when they took it, but I found a front right tire flat the next morning--still on the bed of the wrecker truck. I asked my adopted daughter who is the responsible driver to call and ask about the flat. I had come to pay for the charges and take my vehicle.The owner used foul language and called her names. Also stated that if she didn't like it, her would charge another $500.00 to get the vehicle. Seems he likes to beat up on women. If I had not been at his mercy, I would have called him back to give him a bit of my personal instruction. I've seen his type, my wife has to deal with disrespectful men. They change their tune when they talk to a real man.
