NEVER SHOWED UP!!!

We have used this moving company a few different times, and they have always been great, very careful, and helpful. Would have given them 5 stars, until the last time we hired them. We scheduled them a month in advance, kept in contact that week because bad weather was coming. It snowed the night before and the morning that we were supposed to move, we called them, and they told us they were still coming and would be there at 1. Come 1:45 still weren't there, we called, no answer. 2:30, called again, no answer. They never showed up, never called, and never answered our phone calls. I understand the weather was bad, if they wanted to reschedule they should have told us, but they said they were coming... I worried that maybe they got in accident, but they still won't return our calls or answer, I'm quite positive this was not the case. They just chose not to come.... Very disappointed. It's bad business and we were repeat customers and always recommended them to anyone needing moving help, but will not use them again! We had to hire movers at the last minute who were terrible!!! So angry and disappointed!

Very careful and friendly and fair prices! I recommend them! Not a single thing broken! Job we'll done!!

I helped a friend move to Holdenville, Oklahoma and she used Family First Moving for unpacking her U-Haul truck. After alot of drama and unprofessionalism with the Realtor, Family First Movers were so compassionate and friendly and most of all cared about us as new people in town. They were patient and kind. THey went way beyond what was exspected of them and I am so grateful for that. I am now in my home town of Centerville, Ohio and will have to say that I was very impressed by Family FIrst Movers. I would highly recommend them for your moving and storage needs. You will be glad and comforted by their professionalism and care. Thanks so much Family First.
