I have stayed in many cabins in the mountains of western North Carolina, and these cabins are perfect in every way. Beverly and Tim Thompson are superb hosts who make you feel special and work in every way to insure that your stay is everything you want. The location offers seclusion and natural beauty with easy access to nearby attractions. The dcor and amenities of the cabins are impeccable. I treasure the times I have spent at the Deer Run cabin. I assure you that a stay at Deer Run will exceed your greatest expectations.

We stayed in the Wolf Creek Cabin of the Fall Creek Cabins in August of 2010. This was one of the most romantic and relaxing trips that we have been on in quite some time! The cabin was secluded and quiet but was only 20 minutes from shopping, dining and any amenities that you could desire. During our stay, we had an afternoon thunderstorm and we sat on the covered porch overlooking the creek and listened to the peaceful sounds of the storm and creek blended together. The cabin was beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. It was VERY clean and comfortable. We hiked along the creek trail and took photos along the way. We will return to Fall Creek Cabins again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

i.It was great! Wolf Creek Cabin is very secluded. The cabin was in great shape. I've stayed at a lot of mountain cabins but this is one of my favorites. I did not want to leave. I'm already planning my next visit.

If you want to stay in a secluded gated community with all the amenities you could possible need, your search is over with Fall Creek Cabins! We've been staying there for approx. 4 years and have NEVER been disappointed. We even make it a bi-annual event and always look forward to the next visit when leaving. We've stayed at Blueberry Hideaway and Wolf Creek cabins. They are always well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware, towels, well you name it and they have it. It's wonderful to enjoy sitting on the decks watching the deer and Ricky Raccoon and there are no complaints while sitting in the hot tub either. You're a short drive from Boone and Blowing Rock in one direction and Wilkesboro in the other. This provides plenty of entertainment and shopping should you decide to leave the hot tub! We would highly recommend these cabins to anyone. ., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

My family has made six trips to Fall Creek Cabins in the last 15 years. We wouldn't have gone back if it wasn't such a wonderful place. The location is ideal - near Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and lots of attractions. The cabins are clean and comfortable and nestled in privacy. I've paid more per night for small hotel rooms than we paid for an entire cabin per night at Fall Creek. If you want to just get away and chill, it's perfect. If you're an outdoors person, you like to hike, bike or ski, it's perfect. The mountain views are wonderful and with the Blue Ridge Parkway just a couple of miles away, it's really easy to get anywhere you'd want to go. I highly recommend Fall Creek Cabins. You won't be disappointed.
