Was a no call no show - called the office and the girl said he'll definitely be out today and will call me as soon as possible. Again - no call and no show. Took off work for this scheduled appointment. Will not do business again.

Its buyer beware with these guys! ALWAYS ASK FIRST WHAT THE CHARGES WILL BE, even in an emergency. Make sure your checkbook or credit card is adequately funded before you call them. I don't care what market you are in or what prevailing wages might be, over $400 for less than and hour's easy work is nothing short of gouging.
