I would not recommend. Appointment was scheduled for Friday afternoon. I called to confirm appointment Friday morning and was told I would be there. Started calling every 1/2hr on Friday after 2:30 and nobody would pick up. Called again Monday morning and nobody picked up. Called from a different number and they picked right up. Very poor service. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I am on my third day of leaving messages trying to set up a repair service. This is HORRIBLE customer service, if I didn't have a home warranty, I would not use Expert air and heating!!! I picked one star, they don't deserve that!!!

I would prefer a negative rating. Doesn't return calls. Not part of BBB. I have been waiting for 5 days to get them to repair the system through a warrenty company. Even the warrenty company is frustrated. DON"T TO IT!!!
