Do NOT patronize this business. The business is unreliable and have absolutely no remorse or empathy for its customers ( see reviews on yelpif you need further convincing). I contacted this company to repair my washer several days ago. After providing the cost of the estimate and required part, I was told he would arrive for the repair on the following Monday. Monday; no show. Tuesday, I received a call from the company asking if someone could be home today at 1. I frantically made last minute arrangements to accommodate; again no show, with the promise to report the following day. I canceled the service and requested a refund (not for the estimate, for the needed part) and I was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. This company is a rip-off. DO NOT PATRONIZE.
