They installed the air conditioner/heat pump system in our home in 1987 when it was built and we have had them service the system since then. There have been a few minor breakdown of small components of the system through the years. They are always courteous, come out to our home relatively quickly, and get our problem solved for a reasonable price. Finally yesterday, 8/19/09, our system had to be replaced, 22 years later, and we got a new one, a more efficient split AC heat pump system as they suggested. They came out and installed it quickly and efficiently and it works great! They have served us very well for these 22 years and I would not use anybody else.

water algae clog in the drain pipe (a no-brainer) A day after their last call over 30 gallons of water exploded into my bathroom through the ceiling. They tried to get another $25.00 from me for their last service call (stating there was NO PROBLEM) but the owner would not take my calls. It took 6 months and $300 to get the ceiling repaired. $200 for the plumber the night it happened as I couldn't believe it was anything less than a broken pipe and now I am having to replace the unit due to rust that developed from the flood. Worst AC company I have ever used . They got me for $400. Beware!
