ROOF CLEANING IS NOT PRESSURE WASHING!

General Info

You can choose from a large number of pressure cleaning companies here in Charlotte and Sarasota County FL. But a very few "TRUE" roof cleaning companies. A "TRUE" roof cleaning company will have no need to own a pressure washing machine and would certainly not start one up during the roof cleaning process! If you ask and are told "We turn the pressure way down" or "We just use our pressure washer to rinse your roof" YOU ARE BEING GIVEN A STORY! Don't be fooled. With the proper roof cleaning equipment, a pressure washing engine should never run, while working on a roof! Now, we and most roof cleaners do have pressure washing equipment in our trailers. But it has no part in roof cleaning, only in cleaning houses, pool areas, decking, docks, driveways, parking lots etc.

Since 1989 we have been in business as a pressure washing company. In 1994 we became a father and son business- no trainees. After pressure washing roofs for some years, we found out that the roofing manufacturers say "DO NOT PRESSURE WASH" Instead they give an exact recipe for a roof cleaning mix, that is applied without any use of a pressure washer to damage your roof. It is called Softwashing. We still gladly pressure wash all houses, mobile homes, pool cages, decks, lanais, driveways, sidewalks, condos etc. We just don't pressure wash roofs, because it's the wrong way to do it!

We live in North Charlotte County, in Englewood East. Moved here in 1988 and will never leave! Note also, that we operate our business with real land line phones. Businesses working with only cell phones, often are only here as snowbirds in the winter.
