Birth Support Package 2 Prenatal visits, more if needed Assistance in writing your birth plan 24 hour on call service, for 2 weeks before your due date until the time of delivery Always available through phone or e-mail, for support, questions, throughout your pregnancy or postpartum Support throughout labor and birth at home or hospital 1 Postpartum follow-up visit Breastfeeding support and assistance Babywearing education and assistance: included in PP visit As your doula, I am able to provide you with many services during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum period. During your pregnancy: Meet with you 2-3 times before the birth. The first meeting is our interview and does not obligate you to use my services. If you select me, then we will meet once or twice more so that we can become more familiar with each other and discuss your preferences for your birth. Provide resources and information related to your personal concerns. Assist you in developing your birth plan. Be available to you by phone to answer questions and make suggestions any time before labor begins.
