Answered the phone pleasantly. Set up two hour window. Came promptly. Tech was helpful. Diagnosed problem and showed me how to fix it myself. Very happy with the experience after trying unsuccessfully for several days to get our spa dealer to simply answer the phone! Would highly recommend EB Spa Service!

I called this company for an estimate. They never showed up during the allotted 2 hour time frame so I called the company. The receptionist was very nice when I told her I had to leave.



She said that they would come out anyway and take a look at my spa and leave an estimate for me. Well they still haven't showed up.



This company obviously doesn't need my business!
