I have nothing but praise for this business! The staff is very courteous and professional behind the counter and knows their products. Although I cannot speak directly of stoves and furnaces, (my neighbor will speak highly of though), I on the other hand will speak Highly of the GMG grill side of the business. I bought a grill for my self and neighbor (as a gift) from this business. I was so impressed with the salesmanship, the grill and its performance, I bought another for our cottage. I have bragged the performance of the GMG grills to family and friends as they have experienced the results of various foods cooked on these grills. As a result they also have purchased grills from this business. You do not have to be a master chef BBQ'er to produce superior tasting BBQ food cooked on a GMG. Is this grill maintence free? NO. It requires an occasional cleaning / vacuuming of the burn pot, but much easier than cleaning charcoal! Great product Great Business! jeff ostroski

When an order is placed and the goods show up as expected, it's, well, what you expect. When things don't go well, that's when you find out what what a vendor is made of. Taylor checked on my order immediately this morning, explained why it got away on him, and made a real nice gesture. No run around or placing blame elsewhere. It was a pleasure to do business with Earth Sense / pellethead and I'll be back.

The building is really nice, pretty easy to find, and superb staff. I really enjoyed my time spent there looking around at the many different models they have. I am in the process of building a home so I did not purchase when I was in but I will go back and make my purchase.
