I was having a problem with my refrigerator and washer I had contacted Sears who wanted to charge me $80 per unit, $160 just to come out was absurd so I called E-Rod Appliance Service lady was extremely helpful and dispatched a technician to my house for same day and stated would checked additional unit free of charge since he would be at my house already for one unit, upon technician arrival was I amazed by the level of professionalism and knowledge and even more by been charge under $150 to fix both of my appliances, the technician was honest and knowledgeable he told me seals on doors showed wear but no air leak is present so gave me the option to have him replaced or wait, he wasn't trying to take money out of me but actually help me which is amazing now days. I would give them 100 stars if I could, I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family members. Truly Happy :)

Staff extremely nice, knowledgeable, courteous technician came fixed our dryer and refrigerator at a reasonable price, we are real satisfied with their services.
