Forget about their guy seeming pretty rude upon arrival, the real issue was these clowns left the panel off our AC unit on the roof when they left. Unless a burglar slipped up there to steal screws, their work was pretty clear. Get in fast, BILL HIGH, and don't even bother completing the job. This exposure to the elements which quite apparently THEY CAUSED would cost $100s in repair costs - but this time using a competent and mature professional. DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE.
