I started out using the dry cleaner with no issues. My clothes came back and I noticed some items were not there. So I asked the driver about those items and he became immediately hostile. I only asked him when I might receive the items not received and he never answered my question.

I called the store and it seems the driver must be an owner because he got on the phone, started screaming at me and hung up on me.

I still don't know when I will receive my clothes.

I don't think my question warranted this kind of response...

It's obvious these people have no customer service skills and walk around Angry!!

Be wary....
