I found the towing service unacceptable. When you are having your car towed, usually it is due to circumstances that are difficult and upsetting. I found the person who came to help had an attitude as soon as he exited his truck. He continued to be rude and disrespectful as we were on the phone trying to get what he said was needed to tow our vehicle. After confronting his behavior, he threatened to leave if I did not give him the information he wanted to tow the car immediately. He then proceeded to leave which worked out fabulous for us. The police officer that came to the scene helped us by calling a towing service that was wonderful. I would highly suggest not using their towing service as they were very unprofessional.
