Do yourself a favor and stay away from this tow truck company. They will rake you over the coals in charges and they are very unprofessional. Don't get anything stolen in Ashtabula County-they just might call Dominic and you will have to pay triple the normal tow charge to get YOUR property back. I had 5 of my karts stolen last week 10/18/12 from my go kart track in downtown Ashtabula. The police seen 3 go karts going down the street with teenagers driving them ...the teens jumped off and ran....so no suspects..2 karts are still missing. The police called them to tow the 3 go karts. I go there at 9am and he is 20min late. I had my 13 yr old son there with me. We went into his office and we are faced with photos of nude and half dressed women so I told my son to wait outside. He told me the charge would be $271.58 and the least he would take was $250 for taking 3 small karts 5 miles. Highway robbery condoned by the city.--only care about the DOLLAR. Nothing good about them..NO STARS

Horrible service. After my step son was involved in an accident, we had his car towed to their lot while we decided what to do with it. Once they had possession of the car they increased the prices from what we had initially been told and added additional fees. When we complained about this they then refused to tow the car out of their lot. We were forced to pay more than we had initially agreed to just to have the car released and then call another towing company to come get it.We were lied to repeatedly by the same person on the phone. He had a very distinctive voice, but each time claimed that we had spoken to someone else. He was rude, hostile, and hung up on us repeatedly.I would not do business with this company under any circumstances.

The driver was kind helpful and didn't charge a lot. I will call them any time.
