Receptionist professional and kind. Lobby was clean. Exam room was clean however, something had broken.and 3 about 2in to 3 in fragments of it were still onto the floor. The MA or nurse who took my weight and sent back the lobby was nice and professional. The dr was kind, considerate compassionate knowledgeable and professional. The Dr if I am correct was Dr Ravel/Ravenel or something like that it began with an "R". It appeared to be six persons working I saw four of the six. Only one of those was rude, unprofessional, difficult, just mean. I was sure to tell her nicely that there is a means of review and hers was unacceptabe. She replied she would be sure to tell the Dr. I said I am referring to you. You are the only rude and unprofessional one that I encountered. I had asked her could I get to ask the dr a question about what he had spoke on. Also to receive a copy of the test he referred to. All the attitude occurred with those request. She did not intend to comply with my request. I was told the dr was busy and was in with another patient meanwhile trying to rush me out the room. I responded it was Sat I had time and would wait. She told me I could wait two weeks when the other test finished to get the test he referred to with the others. I had to insist to get my info and have her to ask the dr to return to explain treatment. She was a light complexes African American woman who wore long straight black hair that day. Another employe said she was from the North. I responded she should still be respectfully kind towards patients. Save the rude attitudes for her personal life. It is not for at work. Remain professional, kind, and professiona.

I am complaining to The BBB and all CEOs of company and everyone above. This Clinic should be Shut down for Incompetency and Poor treatment. They don't know what they are doing and are absolutely Rude. I will never go back to them again, but they need to be Reported all over the place.

HORRIBLE experience! I used online check in, my knee was swollen & I couldn't stand or sit for long. I received a text "ready to see me" when I arrived, I was the only person there but, they didn't have a room for me. Once in a room, I waited 2 hrs & tears started pouring because of the pain. Whoever she was that was to "examine" me (9/9/2016) started with "I saw you're complaining of knee pain, we don't prescribe narcotics here, so, what do you want" I was thinking an injection swelling (since their website states they do that) I said I had been there a long time, I'm emotional & have kids to pick up from school. She said "since you don't have time; I'm busy, everybody wants to be seen; the person after you will be crying about the wait too; thats what walk in clinic means, 1st come 1st serve" I said the online check-in is misleading. She bullied me about a form that I refused treatment. I DID NOT refuse treatment & didn't sign the form! I pre-paid $125 to be mistreated. This was BAD!

This man tried to tell me to take brain meds for pain after I told him I was looking for a permanent GP. There's more to it, but telling me your wife is a shrink and I'm still post partum is cool, but I have a shrink and I told him I wasn't seeking medication just referral, Trazadone? Really? They didn't take a sec to look at the paper work I had to fill out. Better yet this man didn't touch me apparently just judged me and sent me on my way. Still haven't been seen since I've had 3 major surgeries due to money and this type of crap. If this man wanted to help me he could have pulled up a chart, looked on epic, made a phone call. But no. Just said I have post partum, which I do...thanks doc!

Received excellent care for a laceration that required stitches. Both doctor and support staff were very professional and efficient. I was seen immediately and was out in less than an hour!

The nurse practitioner was very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I had no wait and labs done right at the facility. I was called promptly when labs finished. My family has used this facility several times and been very pleased with the care. Its much more convenient and quicker than going to a doctors office.

Absolutely the worst care I have ever experienced. I am brand new to the area and have yet to find a real doctor, so this was my only option. The male doctor I saw was tremendously rude and did not listen to a single thing I said. He argued with me about my personal medical history, which he knew nothing about, as this was my first visit. He was in and out within seconds and gave me quick rant about what he thought I had--which had nothing to do with the symptoms I told him. The walls are also paper thin and I heard him give this exact same medical rant to the woman in the room next to mine. Apparently there is a "one diagnosis fits all" approach to this so called "urgent care". This is a pathetic excuse for a medical facility and I would highly urge you to go somewhere else if you care at all about your health. The price for the visit was outrageous considering the doctor saw me for under 30 seconds and did not even listen to my symptoms before going on a rant. I interrupted him to tell him my correct symptoms and he literally waved it off and continued with his made-up diagnosis. He was extremely unprofessional and started humming as I talked to him. I then heard him talking about me to the nurse while I waited to check out at the counter. The man reminded of a middle schooler in a white coat. The woman working the front desk was also extremely spacey and unprofessional. Do not go here.

I called today about my sons meds before he leaves for Boys State and was hung up on...when I called back hanna would not come to the phone, I ask the girl that answered the phone to have the dr call me...I never got a call...I have sat in the waiting room for hours and listened to the girls talk about patients and their inappropriate conservations about their personal lives. They act as though people do not have a choice,,,Well we do, I went there for my son to see Dr. Revill, but if he cannot get the message to return a call or if some little snit can hang up on me because there is no consequence for her, I will not go there again. I have felt so sorry for so many people that i have seen come in while we were waiting...That girl needs to go!

Almost two hours and no communication about insurance or anything. Wow. Last time i'll come here.

I called the office for an emergency blood test as I was traveling from Atlanta two hours away. They close at 5 pm I arrived at 4:30 and waited outside the locked glass door in the cold while the staff watched me. Finally a very rude secretary came to the door which was who I spoke to prior and refused to treat me. I requested as it was an emergency to speak to her manager so she left me in the cold and 30 minutes of waiting outside for her return she never came back.



I will be filing a formal Conplaint with the office manager, doctors at this location and the CEO of this organization. This horrible experience occurred on 11-30-2013 @ 4:30 p.m est at the north augusta location.

Your care here depends on which doctor you get. The male doctor is in and out of the room in just a few minutes. Very abrupt and gives the impression you are wasting his time. However Ive seen two ladies not sure if they are doctors or PA or Nurse Practitioners, and they were both wonderful. Nice facility but only go here if you absolutely have to.

I've been going to this clinic for a while since I'm not a permanent resident where I live...I have always been disappointed with their customer service & waiting times. My most recent experience was when I had my pharmacy call the clinic for more refills on my migraine prevention medication that I've been on for over 7yrs now. They denied my request for refills claiming that I needed to come in so they could see how I'm doing on this medicine & to get a check up. They did this to me last time also in which they forced me to come in & pay ANOTHER copay in order to refill a medication that I've been on over 7 years & it's obviously working. Basically they've done nothing but try to make more & more money off me & take advantage of me! Such Terrible customer service!!

I saw Dr. Revill. He was very personable, ran blood work and did a Flu test. Tested Positive for the Flu. He gave expert info on how to treat this condition and also gave cough syrup with meds. in it. Will go back again. :o) Wat treated great at front desk.

Horable customer service , they just want your money(copay) and run up your insurance

Never been to a place Where they take Your copay then Charge insurance then turn around tell you what they cant help you with . That would have help me 40 mins and a copay ago. then they actually Stand around talking about the patients loud enough to hear ! Ghetto

very rude told me to leave because my child was crying I am very very upset and just wanted to review what happened at my appointment very sad that all they want is your money
