Now I am awaiting my appointment to collect dna samples. The service is so-so... I have to wait an entire month before they can collect samples. I expected the service to be faster but, I will see if the results are accurate and post another review. _iLove My Daughter

poor customer service when I called an automated system. Also, I couldn't get a collection for at least a week and it was very expensive because I had to pay collection fees on top of the cost of the DNA test.

They are an 800 number who uses collectors, some of which do not even have an office.We called them and they said they had an "office" in Metuchen. Well, it wasn't their office, it was DNA Services of America. We later found out it would haev been cheaper to go directly to DNA Services of America in Metuchen

I like that they are located in the US. Customer service was well educated and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is in doubt!
