Do not do business with these people.



I cannot tolerate unfriendly people who work with the public. The phone rep Roberta was insolent and disrespectful the entire time I spoke with her. Roberta repeatedly cut me off during the discussion and was very snarky over the phone. After calling a third time (at this point we had been waiting now for four hours) we found that Roberta still had not sent a tow truck, I asked for her name because I wanted to file a complaint on her and Roberta told me to quote "Screw off" and HUNG UP ON ME!
