I called for a tow when my truck just died. I was explaining what happens so the driver asked me to pop my hood up. He noticed my coil wire popped off. After reconnecting it my truck ran fine. I asked what do I owe you and he refused to take any money even when I tried to give him a tip. Now that's a nice change when you hear tow companies are rip offs. I will always use this company

IF I COULD REMOVE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW I WOULD....SAME BUSINESS AS BELOW! DON, THE OWNER OF DISCOUNT, CALLED ME THIS MORNING AND APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY WITH THE TRANSMISSION! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD IMAGINE HE HAD A BAD DAY AND EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS ONCE IN A WHILE! SO WE WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH DON AGAIN!

Recently I locked my keys in my truck, and called the sweet home discount towing to help me out. They're customer service was excellent. they were able to pick me up from my house and take me to my truck. He had some trouble gettin in the truck but never gave up. although it took a little bit, I would highly recomend these guys to anyone. there customer service, profesionalism, and courtesy are bar none the best that i had ever dealt with! Plus they were the cheapest in town!

If find the people at Discount Towing to be Friendly and Professional. They are there to help out when they are needed and quick to respond. I would recommend everyone work with them.

I have dealt with Discount Towing and Recovery for several years . Never have I encountered anything like the person above stated. maybe you should consider the source and lady check the law before you try to slander people.
