Couldn't be happier! We didn't have really dirty carpets, but do have kids and dogs so it needed to be freshened up. We have done it ourselves with the rental machines but there were always stains that would never come out. They also cleaned our couch and loveseat which are 11 years old. The couch and loveseat look almost brand new! They were professional, courteous and very thorough with everything they did. I also was not charged anything additional upon their arrival. The price that was discussed on the phone was the price that was charged. This is a great company and we will be using them again in the future!!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable HONEST company!
