      Direct Line INC is just great! Before I had Direct Line I was just writing everything down in a book and I couldn't find anything! I really like how the messages comes over all organized with the caller ID and everything.

      Direct Line has the management skills, the well trained staff providing a warm human touch, the very latest in technological capabilities and efficient, well thought out systems in place to deliver outstanding telephone answering service. We have been exceeding our client's expectations for 28 years. Direct Line provides a wide range of telecommunications services. Those services fall into three distinct categories, although many times the services we provide our clients overlap. One service category has traditionally been known as Answering Service. It includes message taking, screening calls to determine how to process and dispatching urgent calls when indicated by your instructions. Answering service could also include Direct Line Acting as your off premises receptionist. The second distinct service we offer is Inbound Telemarketing. This service includes order taking, from one item to a catalog of items, on our system or your web site. It also includes forms processing, response surveys and information gathering, appointment and reservation taking and dealer locator, to name a few. And finally, we offer Enhanced Voice Mail Services. Many of our clients integrate our voice mail service into their live answering or inbound telemarketing service, while many other clients utilize voice mail in its simplest form or utilize one of our many voice mail system enhancements.
