We have used Digital Security Concepts for over a year and really happy with the protection and service. It is so nice to be able to add additional sensors without additional monitoring fees. Also, during a recent power outage the system notified us when the power went and how many customers in the area were without power. Then it let us know via text message when power was restored. The mobile phone app is easy to use too. I am exceedingly glad with my decision, and highly recommend Digital Security Concepts.

Digital Security Concepts has been a pleasure to work with. After 15 years in our home we decided to update our system. Everyone we worked with was friendly and showed up on time. The system was explained to us in detail and was easy to get used to. I would recommed them to anyone looking for a home or work alarm system.

We recently built a new home in the Dix Hills area and was in search of an alternative security company to the one we had used in the past. After much research, we decided to use Digital security Concepts. I appreciate their sales staff flexibility in working with our busy schedules to meet and discuss our security needs. Dave took the time to explain our options without the pushy sales pitch, which is a major turnoff for me. Victor was meticulous with the installation of our new system and took the time afterwards to explain how to effectively use it. The professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness of this company is top-notch. We are very pleased with our system and highly recommend this company to anyone considering a security system!
